RORU's International Women's Day event brought together over 300 women from across Northern Uganda to celebrate achievements and discuss challenges facing women in rural communities.
RORU hosted a vibrant International Women's Day celebration in Gulu town, bringing together over 300 women leaders, program beneficiaries, and community members to mark the occasion under the theme "Accelerate Action for Gender Equality."

"Today we celebrate how far we have come, but we also acknowledge how much further we must go," said the keynote speaker. "Organizations like RORU are creating the pathways for women to lead, earn, and thrive."
